Toronto is out of the play - offs, first time in the Air Canada Centre's history I might add. What I believe to be the main reason why the Leafs didn't make it, not because of Lindros, Belfour or Quinn but the double header against Montreal. Before those two games I believed Tellqvist was a decent goalie; better than Belfour. I now realize that Tellqvist is the same playing against Montreal as Belfour is playing agianst Ottawa.

The Senators are in the playoffs as usual, but this year they have a slightly bigger chance at the Stanley Cup. Heatley being a major reason. He is the first Senator to get over 50 goals in a season. In the first round of the playoffs, they face what should be an easy series against the 2004 Stanley Cup champions...Tampa Bay Lightning. Ottawa and the Lightning met four times in the regular season. All of which the Senators won. The Senators out score the Lightning 16 - 6. I predict the Lightning out of the playoffs in 5 games.

The Calgary Flames have a good chance at advancing the the second round as Anaheim won't be an easy opponent, but With Kipper and Iginla they will take the series in six. The flames and the Ducks met each other four times within the regular season with Calgary winning two and losing two. Calgary out scores Anaheim 10 - 9.
